Are You Adding Toxins to Your Life Without Realizing It?
Toxins will damage everything in their path until they are contained.
Toxic relationships are just the same.

One of the biggest sources of toxic relationships is the Toxic Boss. In fact, research shows that the so-called “dark triad” is overrepresented in leaders. They are so prevalent that I guarantee we have all had one at one point.
The stress and negativity that they cause for you at work undoubtedly spills over and negatively affects your personal life as well.
And for what? It is NOT worth it. No boss is worth causing harm to your family and personal relationships.
Stand firm and don’t give in to their toxic energy. In a perfect world, this means quitting and getting out of there ASAP.
Sometimes, that isn’t possible. So ensure you are reaching protecting your time and mental safety by practicing strong boundaries and saying “no” to anything unreasonable. Reach out to HR or a higher team lead if necessary.
The bottom line: Contain the toxin, and don’t let it spill over. You are worth more than that!
