How to hack your focus
You don’t have to practice meditation or become a zen master to learn how to focus. Often, when we are having trouble focusing it’s because we are sitting in a boring meeting.
If you want to improve your ability to focus, make sure you have the right level of fun (which triggers dopamine) and the right level of fear (which triggers noradrenaline) and focus follows naturally (which triggers acetylcholine).
