What is the secret to peak performance?

Take off the blinders and open your eyes.

If you want to perform at your best, then you need to focus on your strengths instead of dwelling on your weaknesses.

Of course, working towards a goal or learning a new skill is great for keeping our brains agile and engaged HOWEVER there needs to be balance.

If you are pushing for results in an enviroment or task that you just aren’t cut out for, as yourself: Is this worth it? Or would my time be better invested by doing focusing on a skill set that I do have and leaning on others to help where I am lacking?

Focus your time and energy in areas where you excel and unlock your full potential by aligning your learning with your strengths.

You won’t see me working as a Trade Broker anytime soon, and Nanu won’t be entering any events as a cross-country champion.
