How much time should you spend in meetings?
What is your daily limit for time spent in meetings?
If it is more than 2, you could be doing yourself a big disservice.
Slack Technologies recently released a study which found that anything over 2 hours spent in meetings (either in person, or virtual) causes a big hit to a person’s productivity.
Time spent in calls talking about what needs to be done, cuts into the time available to actually engage in those tasks.
This is a factor in why 40% of office workers in the study said they needed to stay late to complete their work at least 1 day a week.😩
