Multitasking Is A Myth – Here’s What Works Instead

We know real multitasking doesn’t work.
But there is a type of multitasking I love…

Passive multitasking!

It allows you to GAIN time, while losing nothing. It’s a no-brainer, win-win situation.

My favorite ways to passively multitask are:

  • Taking a walk while I am in a call
  • Stimulating my vagus nerve while working on my newsletter
  • Doing neurofeedback while waiting in the doctor office (this one leads to a lot of questions from the other patients 😃)

What are your favorite ways to PASSIVELY multitask?
