Your Brain Craves Community
Community is such a vital part of who we are
I’ve recently been inspired by my community, which has helped me share my passion of using science to live and work better with so many people.
Call it fate or call it serendipity—I call it having a great group of people around me.
Let me tell you about some recent experiences
🌟 A friend gave me guidance on a few upcoming projects right when I needed an outside perspective.
🌟Another friend shared her time and resources to organize a photo shoot for me.
Whether it’s work, family, friends, or other social groups, it is great to feel cared for and to care for others.🥰
I wrote extensively about this in the Brain-Friendly Workplace because of how vital our social community is. Not only does it relieve stress and boredom, but it is also embedded into our brain pathways!
