Hacking Your Brain With Your Body!

Most people are under the impression that the brain alone controls stress. This assumption is somewhat inaccurate.

If you want to control stress, I recommend first controlling your body. Exercise is an excellent example of this. Lifting weights, running, and even taking a walk all improve dopamine and serotonin levels in your brain.

These activities all provide excellent benefits:
🧠Quick thought processing
🧠Better concentration
🧠Increased learning and neuron growth through the release of 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻-𝗗𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 (BDNF)
