Hybrid Work – It’s Not Just Black and White

I have a hybrid view on hybrid work.

You need to do what’s best for your business and also what is best for you. 

Some CEOs are telling employees to come back to the office. If you work at one of those companies and would prefer to work from home, seek out another company that is more accommodating to your WFH desire.

Other companies have stayed fully virtual. The non-commute and flexible hours are nice, but maybe you would rather be interacting in person with your colleagues and employees. In that case you may want to look for another employer who is more in line with your personal preferences.

I can understand companies that want to bring people back into the office, and I can also fully understand people who don’t want to come back. The point is – people and businesses have different needs and you need to find what works for you and your company!
